We're on a mission to empower all youth to reach their full potential.
The Boys & Girls Club of Lincoln is where opportunity meets belonging. We provide youth with caring mentors, meaningful programs, and real-world experiences that support academic success, healthy lifestyles, and future readiness. When kids have the tools and support they deserve, entire communities grow stronger.

Tut Tut * Club Member, North Star High School"Boys & Girls Club at North Star is important to me because if I'm missing schoolwork it gives me a space to get help and complete it before going home. I also love the games, the people, and the food!"
-
Tom Jara * Board Member, Union Bank & Trust"Being a board member is meaningful to me because I believe every child deserves a safe place to learn, grow, and feel supported. Giving back through this organization means investing directly in the future of our local youth and our community."

Sophia Garcia * Program Director, Park Middle School"I love working at Boys and Girls Club because of the culture! At BGC, I get to focus on learning about my community, supporting students, and building relationships with families- all while having an encouraging team working with me to accomplish our goals. I get to collaborate with the school, community, and everyone at BGC to ensure our kids always know they have a safe space at club!"
-
Dominique Kelley * Chief Executive Officer"I want every team member to feel safe showing up as their authentic self and empowered to focus on what truly matters. Whether that means dressing comfortably or dressing to impress, prioritizing mental health, or honoring work-life balance, we know that when our staff feels good, they do great work. And when our staff thrives, our kids thrive too."
-
Damien Dumo * Youth Development Professional, LNS"I love working at the Boys & Girls Club because of the impact I have on the students, and the impact they have on me. Being around Club at LNS is so much fun. I feel as if I am learning from them as they are from me, and it’s truly an amazing opportunity that I love, will never forget, and will continue to cherish as long as I am here."
-
Jeff Scott * Board Member, Hudl"Serving at BGC is about more than holding a board seat, it’s about supporting an organization that creates a safe space where every young person feels valued. We’re not just a program; we’re a committed community partner working to close opportunity gaps."
-
Alexis Decker * Program Director, Lincoln High School"I love working at BGC because it gives me the chance to make a real impact in students’ lives while creating a space where they feel supported, seen, and inspired.
